FINN (au drabble)
She hadnât thought to warn them of that part of Vegas. She always figured theyâd stay where the tourist were, that theyâd know there wasnât any money to be had where the lights died down and the shadows ruled. Even she only ventured out there once in a blue moon.Â
But she was there that day. She was the one who found their bodies as she slipped down a familiar alley. The green hair was a dead giveaway, but she refused to believe it was true until she saw their faces. But then there was no denying it. They were gone, just like that.Â
There would be no more adventures together across the town. No more cheating at the casinos. No more tourist watching from the rooftops. No more secret kisses from Nate when Nick wasnât looking.
Sheâd lost them both overnight. And Finn, the girl who didnât think Vegas could hurt her, had her heart broken by her city while she slept. And all she could do was burst into tears and cry over the two that would never smile at her again.
