Corned Beef and Cabbage! I didn’t use that season pack. I sauté the onions and Browned the meat on top. I scored the fat side and placed it fat side up before I steamed it. I only cooked the cabbage for five minutes as I like it a bit crunchy. I used beef stock for the liquid.
