I was feeling a little bit down today for no particular reason, and I really wanted to snap out of it. I love feeling good and I’m almost always feeling good, so to be feeling a little bit out of alignment with my inner happy self, was something I needed to shift! So what did I do? I worked out! And I am so so glad I did, because about halfway through my happiness level rose significantly! They say exercise is the best anti depressant, and I totally believe that!
