Too busy to exercise?

When people tell me they are too busy to exercise it really frustrates me.

I currently wake up at 6:30 AM to be to work by 7:30 AM work till 3:30 PM drive home get home at 4:15 PM then go to school from 5-10 PM exercise from 10:30-11:30 PM.

You are never too busy to do something for your over all health. Find the time and do it, your body will thank you as well as your mind.
