And always will be. But it seems they are blind. Stupid. So stupid!” Jesse throws up her hands in frustration. “Do you really believe in them? Whatever your name is.” A frown forms. “Are you accepting that when you prove to be useless that they will just throw you away? Like they did Connor? There is nothing better. No matter what software they steal.”

“Then what do you want?” The RK800 posed a very rhetorical question. There is one thing he realizes. Machines want nothing. That is why it is such a curious thing to witness. He went on and did exactly as that AI wanted of him. Amanda no longer danced around in his wired skull. Fortunately for the modeled replacement body for this one here, the android escaped. He woke up. Their little fail safe went out on a limb and made his way out of Cyberlife. Now he stands before the shattered remnants of Connor who now resides in the upgraded carcass of an RK900. 

Sixty glared at this new form. In actuality it was oddly striking to see himself in ways but not quite. A sharp contrast in stark white to his uniformed gray. Still he donned the colors of Cyberlife albeit a bit more soiled than initial release. That is just the thing. He was not properly released as he was meant to be. 

His predecessor was meant to deviate. According to the AI once whispering in his ear but his mission never came. Instead the RK800 awoke, tore out during a cold night of chaos in Detroit’s city streets and never looked back. Interesting indeed. “Fortune has nothing to do with it,” he proposes, blinking.

HUD centralized on the information registered. There it is then. An upgraded version. “You are still with Cyberlife?” A good inquiry to cross his lips as their paths intersect unexpectedly. “What do you seek here?” Caution. Ease in his movement as he steps around keeping eyes upon the other android.
