Okay these are most of my delulu thoughts!!

Wilson not caring is a big part, the fact he "bought" a new car and he cant drive shift, shows a lot of recklessness. He risked getting arrested and getting in a car crash.

The /sexual/ tension between Park and Chase is insane.

Wilsons threat on propofol and the seriousness of it wasn't like him at all, House had a certain look in his eyes when he said about the "dental appointment", almost like he feels bad for giving his witty remarks.

Both Wilson and House leaving their phones at the hospital showed they genuinely enjoy their own company, and House sacrificed the case for Wilson.

Not really part of the analysis, but Wilson having an ice tea with the "big one" was so Wilson like, not Kyle Calloway.

House feeding "Kyle" was cery caring and loving for House, then hugging him afterward. After Wilsons diagnosis, House genuinely changed, hes less scared to show his affection.

Wilson finally believing hes a hero, is heartbreaking. He doesn't realise he's been a hero all his life.

After washing himself up in the bathroom, he drys himself off with a paper towel, he screws it up and throws it behind him, not caring if it went in the bin or not. Thats very unlike Wilson.

When Wilson mentions a threesome, House looks almost excited, then disappointed when he says two women. House was ready to risk it and do it with Wilson, if it was what he wanted - or what House wanted.

Wilson wearing a bald cap, shows hes now not afraid of public humiliation, he doesn't care. He was adamant he was going to die and the chemo didn't work.

Never once, even in a blue moon, would Wilson ever overtake a funeral line, but he did, that really, really shows he doesn't care.

Wilsons genuine concern for House after they crash is adorable, you can see his face change from exhilaration to concern once he looks over. He may be Kyle, but Kyle cares about House.

Wilsons care for Ina is cute, he does still care for some things. Plus Houses offer for her to come with and then stay with Wilson, shows they really do care for each other and Wilson hasn't lost his spark.

After Wilson gives up on Kyle, he keeps going on. House only gets interested after me mentioned he didn't have a crush on Julie Christie.

Wilson stuttering on "f-fate" breaks me, the sadness and concern in Houses eyes when he starts to break. Plus Wilsons shakey breathing.
