Oh wow, this was good. The cinematography is what stood out most to me, it was amazing. You could really feel the squashed interior of the shuttle, the jittery motion sickness of the craft and the vast emptiness of space. I really felt like I was in those moments with Armstrong. And I loved how they also focused on his family. There were many emotional scenes where you really get to empathise with his wife and children and how hard it all must have been for them. If i'm honest, there were a fair few moments where I had no idea what was going on but the amazing cinematography really made up for that. I found myself holding my breath at the tense points, even though it's history and I know what happens! And the scene where he steps onto the moon honestly gave me chills. 4 stars because it felt slightly too long (though tbh it could have just felt that way because I was quite tired) but thoroughly recommend watching!
