Inspiration for a large victorian built-in desk dark wood floor study room remodel with yellow walls

This San Dimas stands out from the rest with it’s Korina body, figured maple neck and Root Beer Transparent finish. Available now at The Music Zoo and themusiczoo.com.
My pièce de résistance for this weekend: the Bigleaf Maple Humidor. Top coat is French Polished Shellac. Truly reveals the depth of the Maple while also giving the whole thing a wonderful feel. If you're in the Baltimore area, check out ArtScape. I'm down by Charles St. Stop in and say 'Hi'.

New Jewelry Box, now with Spalted Figured Bigleaf Maple panels cut.
Bigleaf Maple with Rosewood detail clocks. Or why I was cleaning up some Bigleaf Maple. This is them with Tung Oil (last photo is just before). I'll let the oil cure for a couple weeks then finish with French Polished shellac. This will be a limited run; limited by how many clocks I can get from the board and if there are boards at the lumberyard. Next up: convince my wife we need a dining room table of this Bigleaf Maple and some Kiaat. Then our house will truly look like a wood worker lives in it.
