Random bunch of old roughs (late 90s/early-00s..?) done as part of some project for a US educational publisher. My rough sketches were - and probably still are - more detailed than is strictly necessary but this can make producing the final artwork more straightforward. The flip-side of this is the number of times I end up preferring the sketches to the finished pieces. That initial energy can be fiendishly difficult to reproduce.
