In wait for its siren song,

Travel city to city.

And in light of the rising dawn,

this is a TV, not just a TV. It's a Figment Controlling TV!

this makes the Player screen black and white when your in it's Range or when your Near the Mind's Controlled Figments.

the range is big, and idk how much is it since it's hard for me to use math.

the Figment won't let you collect it, but it would try to Damage one bit of Mental Health.

(I'm sure I'll think of many different designs from different minds Raz would enter.)

Make sure you hit it a lot like the total hits on a Bad Mood's Cage.

when it's gone, you can finally collect the Mind's Figments, and the screen goes back to normal.

Idk what Name to give it, but it's Info is: "Annoying Static with Stolen Figments!"

Raz first meeting it would be confused and look at his hands because of the Screen Effects.
