The clock ticked. Another minute drained, wasted on waiting for progress.
Horns blasted, a sign of impatience for those stuck in this stagnant state. Sirens blared, a sign of exigence for those caught in a critical shape.
The clock ticked. The long, dull line remained. A shadow through the pane left helpless.
