This is where I start my days 💛 clearing my mind, reflecting on previous days and setting myself up for a new days. My manifestation, affirmations, intentions and meditations are all set here ✨ I’m grateful to have this space as my own for all the peace and inspiration it brings me ✌🏼

Get loud about your accomplishments, get loud about your body confidence, get loud about loving yourself sick, get loud about the goals you are smashing at school, at work, in your personal life - literally anything!! Just get loud so your crowd can celebrate with you 💛✨🙌🏼👑

Pride

It’s time to take a ride

We’re getting ready for Pride

I wash my clothes with Tide

So that I can go to Pride

I smell fresh and clean as I Slide

My little rainbow booties on for Pride

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, + the spectrum is wide

All come together to celebrate Pride

Such community fills my eyes with tears I must dry

There’s no time for crying, it’s time for Pride!

The joy rainbows Provide

There’s no need to Hide

As queerness comes together and collide

It’s time

It’s time

I have learnt over my lifetime that it is so incredibly important to feel your feelings. Acknowledge them, take the time you need to let them flow through you and only then can you truly let them go ✨ give yourself permission and time to feel your feelings 💛
