It was such a pleasant surprise and the scene felt so real and I suddenly felt like wow this is a real movie (A+ cinematic zoomout and visual arrangement) and I just hadn't realised how much I really enjoy your creativity in editing so thank you and I hope this gives you a boost to remember people love your work š
Honestly this means so much. More than I can explain. Because at that point of the editing I was likeĀ āDo I really need this? Do I? I can just as easily zoom up to them and edit it in half the timeā But I really wanted to show how they were spatially from being inside and show them on a bridge and give this entirely different perspective. So I stuck with it.Ā
And you freakinā noticing that and appreciating that is everything. And calling it a cinematic zoomout as a film geek is just AHHHHHHHH. Thatās where I was jumping up and down. I was really hoping it would look like a movie scene so thank you so much.Ā

Can I just appreciate how many different backdrops you had to choose and arrange to make a smooth progression of them walking realistically through the campus??? On that note, I know the asking-Gothel-about-dorming thing will totally be important to the plot, but I love how nothing else is happening in the issue except them walking together. It's so simple but it feels so peaceful [continued]

Thatās a completely fair opinion to have. Honestly, I still think there needs to be a discussion of Flynnās actions the past few months (not just his overall view on relationships) cause, for sure, some thoughtless actions have gone down.Ā
I personally think thereās a lot more to be said on this front. a wholeeee lot more. A lot that can place fault on one person and a lot that canāt. Again tho, thatās me.Ā
And I think Honās love for Flynn is going to require a lot more explaining and backstory. Not that people canāt just love people because they make them happy (which Flynn does) but so much of their relationship is based on the past. And I think we need that (as readers) cause surface wise, a lot of it isnāt clear. I totally get that.Ā
OPINION THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE UNPOPULAR: stoked for Hans and Anna. I shipped them from the movie although yeah I know it's messed up but I'm so excited to see them here now they're so cute??? Only bummed it's technically/generally not allowed - and relationships between students and teachers/staff are disturbing to me too. Also lowkey terrified for the possibility of horrible things being revealed about Hans later that will crash my hopes. But HANNA HANNA HANNA HANNA

I was indifferent to them in the movie but Iām a person who can easily view a lot of ships outside of canon (and with this one itās def a messed up canon liked you mentioned) and Hanna is def one of those ships.Ā
But yeah, the factuly/student relationship is where I think the true issue is....yeahhh. But I do like their dynamic already, regardless of romantic or platonic.Ā
Frick I hope nothing bad is revealed. Wouldnāt it be amazing if Hans just remained like the first half of the movie throughout the entire comic? YEAH. that would be cool...
