so back in high school in creative writing, we were told to write something out of our comfort zone as an exercise, so I decided to try to write a horror short story because I can’t stand horror movies and stuff because I get so scared.
I ended up terrified of my own idea to the point where I couldn’t finish it and was so desperate for something else I went to historical fiction.
