Have you ever seen your limb differences/disability(ies) represented in fiction? If you have, did they do a good job of it?
no, never - to my knowledge, no characters with my limb difference exist, at least not in any published works of fiction. i imagine if there were to be one it'd be written by someone with the condition themself; public awareness of limb differences other than amputation is extremely lacking, even amongst writers specifically looking to write disabled characters.
i'm thinking about making both a little autobiographical webcomic thing and potentially in the future a graphic novel where the main character has my limb difference, but i haven't really made moves on either project and i don't have a social media following so no idea if anyone would be interested lol. i just think it'd be nice to have some decent rep out there and no one else is gonna do it
