Got so mad at someone blaming their dislike of dnd on “cozycore” that I almost reverted to making memes to mock them.
I’m still tempted tbh, even if I never share it where they’ll see it.
There’s so many things I would say are valid reasons to hate dnd but that is not one of them!!!

The most tiring thing about living under evil rulers is all of the lying. Like, c’mon, at least be honest. You’re already doing every other evil thing under the sun, you don’t need to lie to us about it- we’ll react the same way.
Laughing at Kara-Tur being erased so thoroughly from the Forgotten Realms canon that it doesn’t get a shoutout in the “other regions” section of the new books (when Evermeet and Outer Space *do*). Additionally, the regions with access to “the east” have basically let all paths fall into disuse. Lastly, the giant map has arrows pointing west and south to off-map regions, but no such arrows exist on the eastern border.

I’ve complained about it elsewhere but I just cannot get over how bad Power Wash Simulator 2 feels to play compared to the first one.
Not gonna get into detail just now, just know that between nearly 400 hours of the first game and nearly 20 of the sequel… I feel the first one is a massively better game on almost every level. The only place the sequel is superior in is “amount of surface area that needs washing,” which is not the flex they think it is.

Every time I see the latest Discourse on which terms are okay to use and their political, moral, and ethical implications, I think: Wow! Sure would be nice if you defined those terms in the post instead of assuming everyone knows what an acronym stands for.
In other news I continue to remain blissfully unaware of what the fuck people are on about, even after reading entire tumblr essays on the matters involved.
