Growing up with his mom made Levi acquire a taste fro italian food. It’s his favourite food and nothing every comes close. He could literally eat it constantly.

Its a treat that Sebastian never got to have much but when he did it made him think that was what home should taste like, the sweetness of the honey, the crunch of walnuts and the flakiness of the pastry came together in a way that made him happy for a brief moment even if he didn’t understand why.

Growing up in New Orleans this was a dish that his great great grandmama used to make and it was passed down in the generations. Nothing like a belly full of warm flavorful stew seeping in rice.

As a kid growing up in New Orleans there were so many amazing and different foods but nearly every festival or parade or holiday there was always the Louisiana Crab Boil, a major staple in life in Louisiana. The first time Wes ever had it, it sparked, almost immediately, his love for food. After his time in the military he finally allowed himself to indulge in the one thing he enjoyed most, cooking and spreading love and joy through food just as that crab boil had when he was 8 years old.
