Marlene dug through Aerith closet find books, old dolls, and dress that would probably fit her that she let, pausing on a collar that caught her eye. She grabbed it, unable to hold back and curiosity, and like examine it, the name in the tag saying "Zack." This confused Marlene because well. The doggie she knew name wasn't that. So she turned to Aerith with the collar raised.

Marlene:Aerith? Why do you have a collar with the name Zack on it? I thought the doggy name was Nanuki?

Aerith, having her back, turned to the little girl to find other stuff she might have wanted to look up to see that old collar she made when Zack was around and went redder than her coat. She rushed over to Marlene and snatched it out of her hand, laughing awkwardly.

Aerith:Ohhhh. That... that wasn't for him. That... that something else.

Marlene:Did you have a doggie name Zack?

Aerith goes to say no, but then thought about all her interactions with Zack..... it made her consider her stance before speaking.

Oh yes Uncle Vincent all the way through. I already HC this as almost canon to me. He's like a child magnet to me honestly. You'd expect kids would be scared of him but no? They're so SO curious about him and it's adorable.
