I recently found this channel that does like guided grounding dances lol. It was a lot of fun, and I've really been enjoying this! I have CPTSD, and it can be extremely difficult to stay in my body. Recently, I've been noticing I’m avoiding my other tools I normally like, and I’ve been severely anxious for hours and hours, even with my meds. A lot of energy stays in my body, and it's sooooo uncomfortable. This definitely helped me move my energy and let some things out, and Im definitely adding this channel to my toolbox.
I know grounding won't end fascism, but I do need to be present in my body and regulated as much as I can be if im going to have any meaningful sustained resistance!!! Mwuahhh xoxo
