@felicityredbarrow aww thanks! :D the idea came to me when I was at another convention last year. I was cosplaying Fem!Jack Harkness and there was an amazing Jon Pertwee cosplayer there. We got chatting and he said "you know, you're about the right height against me to play Jo" So that's how it happened. I just need to sew red buttons on the dress, get the go-go boots and buy more rings. Nearly finished :D
