Velamor:Vela likes “coffee” more than tea, and tea more than coffee… “Coffee” of course, being cream and sugar and milk and all the other tasty additives with MAYBE a little actual coffee in the bottom…

Felanias:He likes tea more, but he does still occasionally enjoy coffee. He prefers them made with rather heavy cream, light sugar.

Felanias is obscenely rich. Although it is unlikely that he would throw a birthday party for anyone but one of his lovers, if he did, it’d be the “biggest thing since Fel last threw a party”.

He would likely not have it at his own home unless it was his own birthday or Tyll’s, but he would no doubt gather anyone remotely relevant at an extravagantly sized venue (either of their choosing, or something crazy like “a fleet of cruise ships”, or “An entire countryside”) and bring an army of demonic and Thalassian servants as well as enough food and entertainment to provide for a small city-state.

It’d likely include exotic magical displays as well as death-defying tricks and rare creatures.

Felanias is a bit complex for this one…

On one hand, he is the character who “Never loses”. Now that isn’t to say that things always go exactly the way he plans, but even when all seems lost, he finds a way to frame the situation as if it were simply an opportunity he didn’t see coming. This makes him an incredibly charismatic figure, and lends to the idea that he may be more logical/manipulative since positive reinforcement /actually/ is more logically productive than anything else.

On the other, I don’t think that’s why he does it more often than not. Felanias is always the guy to whip inspirational speeches out of nowhere because that’s what he feels. He’s been to the darkest depths of despair, and there he found hope. I think it’s his love of his people and their kingdom that doesn’t /allow/ him to believe they can lose, so he always simply insists that it isn’t happening.

Of course, this emotional tendency causes him to sometimes be forced to restrain himself. The Lord Magister can be VERY wrathful when it comes to something or someone bringing harm to those he loves, and when he loses his temper it can be to devastating effect.

Felanias:

Eon Rose- Fel definitely believes that true love is eternal; if you lose the things you love, you’ve lost a piece of who you are.

Peacebloom- Felanias’ beginnings were as the youngest noble in a family of Magisters that have held high standing and great power in the Magistrate and it’s equivalents since before the Highborne. But his story really begins at his lowest point- with the aftermath of the Third War when he found himself the last hope of a lineage that he knew he couldn’t let die.

Alister:

Eon Rose- Alice thinks love is fleeting! One moment it’s there, the next moment, they’re dead and you had best forget about them! At least, that’s what he’d probably say.

Peacebloom- Very little is known about Alister Lechance’s history, especially because he consistently gives conflicting accounts of it! The name wouldn’t be extraordinarily well-known, but maybe if somebody someday has a reason to dig up some old census registries, they could find out more~

Sothika:

Eon Rose- Soth has a firm belief that Azerothian expressions of love are really weird. She was raised to believe that comrades who are of roughly equal honor should pair up and learn to care for eachother. She thinks that the bond chosen in that way, for the purpose of strengthening the clan, is a more proper way of conducting a “relationship”. But in that relationship, she thinks that the bond formed transcends even death.

But! This one’s rather interesting actually. I’ll answer as follows…

Felanias:Believe it or not, Felanias was shy and cute for much of his early life. It was only really after the Third War that he began to change… Mind you, the Lord Magister was NEVER self-deprecating, he was just somewhat quiet and timid for his station; but it wasn’t too much of a concern because he was the youngest of his siblings.

After the Third War robbed him of his family and his lover/best friend, he (as many of you know from “Felanias’ Final Exam”) took a different viewpoint on those who were lost; instead of solemnly mourning the dead, he would honor them by becoming the VERY BEST that each of them had exemplified, essentially pledging to carry on by emulating the things he’d admired about them, including Vynllindal’s suave, extroverted personality.

"I can’t go a night without my booze."The dwarf would stop drinking some new brew and look around trying to figure out what ‘sign’ everyone’s laughing at.

Kimbally:

"I am a powerhungry little devil, and I betray EVERYONE."The gnome would shrug, “Yeah? What’re you gonna do about it?”

"I get possessed and murder people."The scrawny magepriest would look around concerned, “Wh-what?! I’ve never killed anyone! I-… Have I?”
