@slimmingworld we are more than just a support group, we are family. So I pains me to inform you all that we lost one of our family after a brief stay at heartlands hospital on 28th November, Colin joined us when back in June 2018 when we first opened @3treescentre, he came to us fearing his health but with the support of the group not only did he lose over two stone in weight he also managed his diabetes through food optimising without the need for medication.
