I'm kin with Fawful (Mario and Luigi RPG), and I usually rely on logic. That's why my anxiety frustrates me to no end. It denies logic, and I have no reasons for my fears. And if that wasn't enough, recently a tragic event happened in my life, so I'm feeling even more down. Could I get some positivity? (I'm not sure if I sent this already since the mobile keeps screving me over. Sorry if I sent this twice)

i get what you mean with the logic thing. anxiety sucks bad for a lotta people, yanno? and it can seem utterly irrational, at that. sometimes, when i’m feeling anxious, i go through steps to try and deal with such irrationality!
maybe try asking yourself: what is my anxiety telling me? is it thinking that x will be dangerous, or that x thing COULD happen to hurt me emotionally or physically? try to figure out what the anxious reaction is over, if you can. for example, people with social anxiety may be anxious when meeting new people or being in places with a lot of people for different reasons. if you can figure out what your fear is ABOUT, then maybe it can help with the frustration, if only some?
as for the tragic event you speak of, i’m very sorry for whatever it is that happened. if you can and want to, maybe you can speak to someone who’s close to you and whom you trust to listen and talk about it? just a small suggestion, you know?
