TL;DR Version: The Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce from @Chickfila is my favorite fast food sauce right now, but their Peach Milkshake, though good, doesn’t justify its high calorie and carb totals. Full Review: As I’ve tried to eat healthier in all facets of my life, I find myself eating a lot more Chick-fil-A because I’ve found a *relatively* low calorie/high protein meal that I genuinely enjoy eating. A grilled chicken sandwich meal with a granola parfait instead of fries and a Coke Zero for the drink add up to 560 calories, 14g fat, 68g carbs, and 42g of protein. One of our local Chick-fil-A locations has an offer on the Hooked app where you can get a free 8-count nugget or original chicken sandwich free with any meal, so I’ve also been adding an 8 count nugget to my meals lately. I’ve never been a fan of the sauces at Chick-fil-A, but they’ve recently added a number of sauces that have totally changed my opinion. Even though hipsters have ruined Sriracha for me, I tried the Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce and I absolutely love it. In fact, I think it’s my favorite fast food sauce right now. It reminds me of the Thai chili sauces fast food restaurants will occasionally trot out. I also noticed that their Peach Milkshake is back so I took the calorie hit to finally try one. And what a hit it was. The *small* shake had 630 calories, 21g fat, 99g carbs, and 12g protein. I enjoyed the shake, but not enough to justify the impact it had on my macros. The peaches and juice didn’t overpower the vanilla ice cream, resulting in a well-balanced shake that wasn’t overly sweet. If you aren’t counting calories (or you have a day where you can fit it in), it’s tasty enough to give a try, although there are better shake options out there if that’s your situation. #FastFoodReviews #RealFastFoodie #Chickfila #PeachMilkshake #FastFoodCondiments #SweetNSpicySriracha #FastFoodMacros #iifym
