Unlike so many other reviews I've seen, glimpsed at etc I really loved it. The whole thing.

It was beautiful.

Sure i feel like a part of me will never be the same and that I can't go on, but isn't that how a good book is supposed to leave you?

In reference to Tris' death, I saw it coming from the first book. It didn't really surprise me per se, I was shocked when I found out, but not surprised. I wept, am still weeping, like a baby when she died. Oh my god.

Tobias. My baby. His line about how grief for him was a horrible numbness, not pain was all together too accurate. Mind, soul and body numbing and then once you recover from the shock of it you wake up one morning and all there is is just pain. 

(Just as a side note, I hate it when people ask me when it gets easier. It doesn't. You get used to the pain and very gradually learn to embrace it, it means you loved them and experienced love in some part from them. Soon enough you hold onto the pain because its all you have left and isn't that just a wonderful feeling and image)

Very well done. It was a pleasure. Not at all like I was expecting, but yet at the same time just as i expected. Of the same incredible caliber that Veronica Roth writes at. It was a pleasure to have my heart broken by her. I'm not going to be okay for a couple of days but you know, I'll move on eventually. Still haven't recovered from Will's death in Clockwork Princess and I read that in May. Bear with me guys.
