lol that’s because i only go to business hotels/hostels.  my fave site to use in japan is booking.com because you dont need credit card information and cancellation is easy.  my second fave is route inn which is a line of rather conveniently located budget hotels (usually near train stations in big cities).   They don’t seem to list all their rooms on second party sites so it helps if you know a bit of japanese/google-translate :P

Although if I wanted to buy one of the newer consoles I would probably buy a Wii U just because the majority of the games that I want to play on PS4 and Xbone end up getting released on PC. 

not nosy! im applying for the buchanan fellowship, which is 8/ hard to get into lol. only 20 people a year! its full tuition for 4 years, and you get special lectures which would be really cool + similar to gifted programs ive done before... itd be really great lmao
