Vampires Kiss Cocktail !

This Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail is a non-alcoholic twist on the blood red cocktails you see during Halloween. It’s made with Lyre’s American Malt which is a non-alcoholic bourbon/whiskey that has a nice smoky flavor.

Ingredients:

3 fl oz (90 ml) 100% pomegranate juice

2 floz (60 ml) non-alcoholic bourbon or whiskey, we use Lyre’s American Malt

½ fl oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

1 bar spoon or 1 tsp Luxardo cherry syrup

1 fl oz (30 ml) Cola

1 fl oz (30 ml) club soda

Sprig of rosemary, for garnish

Instructions:

Add the pomegranate juice, non-alcoholic bourbon or whiskey, lime juice, and Luxardo cherry syrup to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until chilled.

Strain into a glass filled with ice and pour over the cola and club soda. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.

Notes:

Chill your cola and club soda before adding them to the drink.

We don’t recommend substituting the Luxardo cherry syrup for the bright red Maraschino cherry syrup.
