Tink, on the other hand, is a bit nuts. She does what she likes, sprinkles her magic around, is in love with Peter, but doesn’t mother him. She hates Wendy, because she knows Peter likes her, but let’s face it, Peter Pan had no mother. Wendy became that figure for him.

At the end of the day, when Wendy had to go back to real life because she was growing up, Peter couldn’t or wouldn’t go with her, but Tinkerbell stayed for more frolics and hi-jinx.

I’ve been Wendy, I’ve been Tinkerbell and honestly, I think my Tinkerbell time is returning, ‘cus life’s too short to be grown-up all the time.

I love mixing shiny new things with favourite old things and today is a prime example. Vinyl’s new Meghan Hoodie is out for Fameshed this January round in a ton of colours with a HUD for string and pom-pom details. It comes in the main mesh body sizes as indicated and is a sweet and Wintery joy to wear.

I paired it with FLite’s Athletic Joggers for women. They are about 18 months old now, which is ancient in terms of fitted mesh, but they were produced in TMP/Slink/Maitreya and Belleza fitted mesh sizes. I find I poke through a little at the waistband, just below where I can alpha it without the alpha being seen, but honestly, they are worth it anyway. Might not even happen on you, because I do have a short pelvis and that seems to affect waistbands in SL on me sometimes. I feel baggy items are under-represented in our pixel world and so value it all the more when I find it.
