Anybody ever had any issues with @fallouthobbies ?? Placed an order for some custom decals and paid up front in November and got told that proofs would be with me after Xmas. Was happy to wait. So I waited until mid January without hearing anything and chased them up with an email that was ignored. Chased up with another email mid Feb politely pointing out that they must have missed my last email. I got a reply saying that they had missed it and they would be working on my decals Sunday and Monday and then the proofs would then be sent to me on Monday. They offered me an extra sheet for my troubles. However I didn't receive my proofs and it's now been an additional 11 days since I was told they would be with me. I sent them a message 4 days ago asking for a refund and to cancel the order but have again been ignored. So I've ordered some custom work in November, paid up front and have received nothing, with no explanation or apology as to why. Asked for a refund and being ignored. Pretty piss poor customer service. #fallouthobbies

We created our own #crusade - the #unitatiscrusade. As the group has grown. At certain points we have asked people to submit one model to represent them in our Crusade and to engage in community projects such as designing a group Banner and Crusade badge/symbol (thanks to Rhys Fabiani @rhysartgallery_ and Alex Small @baldrick_dogsbody - See attached) For our next muster we wanted to provide something for the group. Specifically Decal sheets of the Banner and Crusade Badge. We settled on Fallout Hobbies and used their Chapter Customizer function. We ordered the decals on the 27th October 2021 and have had no work from them. The last email from them was over a month ago. They haven’t replied to any of our emails or messages. Indeed we appear to have been removed from their Facebook group. We understand their are issues in the world but over 6 months with no work is not expectable. Perhaps you have had a good experience with them. However #theeternalcrusader @theeternalcrusader recommends you avoid at all costs and don’t believe any of their media. If you could persuade them to contact us and give us our money back by sharing this post.
