Truth be told, the offer was a bit too good to be true. The flier spoke of a glamour spell being put on participants by the fey of Cotes. With the promise of utter control of how it looked.
It was encouraged in fact, to create scenes, atmospheres-- like a garden from one's own memories.
He looked over at his current companion thoughtfully before ultimately making up his mind. It was his idea to find something to do after all and he was in the sharing sort of mood.
"I was thinking we can try this out for a bit and then find something else fun to do."
It was still hard to wrap his mind around magic, but he can't deny that his own ability felt like such a case.
The pixies were eager to lead them into the designated area and gave them both a crash course of how the magic works before they were left alone.
After a few moments of concentration, the ground shimmered and pulsed in waves. Lush grass grew a carpet beneath their feet. Both wild and exotic flowers of his home bloomed in secession creating a splash of color of the expanding field. An edge could be found of the garden, and without any barriers felt like the garden itself was floating among the clouds and clear blue skies.
White buildings sprouted in the background but merely faded at the edges of the glamour boundary.
"That... worked better than I thought it would," He mutters just a bit as he surveyed his handiwork.
"This was my mother's garden. I'd often play with my siblings here all the time."
