Weekly Wrap up September 13-19:
Monday: Speedy Speed Workout, upper body weightlifting
Tuesday: Medium length Recovery Run and lower body heavy weightlifting
Wednesday: Rest and a long walk
Thursday: Tempo Run on still sore legs
Saturday: Moderately distanced Long Run
Overall, a pretty good week. I didn’t cycle on my rest days but I surprised myself by nailing my tempo run. My speed run was humiliating and YiKeS to say the least but this was the first week of faster running and I'm definitely here for it. Eating as been trash so my goal this upcoming week is to eat and train like a below average and mediocre athlete trying to get better. Things feel magical and iridescent right now. I’ve enjoyed my time offline lately. Taking time to walk outside and just hear the trees and say hi to my neighbors and work on personal projects has been really good for my brain. I’m so grateful for this weather. I wish I could pause time.
