You find some strange things down in #TheOccultArchives It doesn't just house books, but boasts an assortment of #oddities and #curiosities pertaining to the subject. You won't find artifacts like these anywhere else, and if you do, they're always labeled as fakes. These two wet specimens were once Bone Pixies or Piski Dentata, but most people know them as Tooth Faeries. These little bastards hibernate most of the year but come out around early fall when the veil thins. They don't take teeth and leave money, however. Bone Pixies have an insatiable appetite for calcium, as they lack enough (they are notorious for this deficiency and it's why they are feared.) They're usually found around cemeteries and will fold their wings to burrow deep into the ground, chew through the caskets, and devour the bones. But with the prevalence of cremation, they will now seek out live victims who are attracted to their sparkly autumn leaf-like wings. It only takes two Bone Pixies to devour an entire full grown man. Now a days they're mostly regarded as folklore, but make sure to put your Jack o' Lanterns out early as they're attracted to the light and toothy grins, but they are hardly flame retardent. #fakefolklore #pixies #faeries #fae #halloween #halloweenseason #skeletons #skulls #spooky #spookyscaryskeletons #horror #witchcraft #witch #podcast #paranormalpodcast #podcastersofinstagram #storyteller https://www.instagram.com/p/CD9uqt3g0xl/?igshid=15i7u2eecjlrx
