These are my favorite products for looking like a sunkissed, healthy, living and breathing mammal.

Let me start off by saying that my natural complexion is ghost white. I am VERY FAIR with neutral undertones. The type of fair that you can only achieve by having ancestors that lived NO WHERE near the equator. I am the whitest of the white girls. I get sunburned walking from my front door to my car. It’s an issue. I love having pale skin but sometimes I also like looking ALIVE.

Self Tanner- Fakebake Flawless.

I have spent a pretty penny on self tanners in the past with less than adequate results. Most self tanners leave me splotchy, uneven, orange and smelly. I’ve even tried St. Tropez, which is a cult favorite, and it didn’t wow me. FAKEBAKE wows me. I have been using this self tanner for the past few years. It’s a spray nozzle tanner, comes with a soft glove that you use to apply the formula. The smell is not offensive, it dries quicker than any other tanner and does not get on your clothes or sheets (which is a good thing, my sheets have SEEN SOME THANGS.) Most tanners have to be used at night and washed off in the morning but for me, I could use this at any point of the day and shower whenever. It deepens over a couple of hours but even initially, right out of the bottle, the tan you get is instant and beautiful.
