Loaded Fajita Pizza is a fusion of classic pizza and the bold flavors of fajitas. It's a delicious and spicy twist on your traditional pizza night, featuring seasoned chicken, colorful bell peppers, and zesty toppings.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup cooked and sliced chicken breast. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers assorted colors. 1/2 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos optional. 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into the shape and thickness you want for your pizza. Place the dough that has been rolled out on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce out evenly on the dough, but leave a little space around the edges for the crust. On top of the sauce, put half of the mozzarella cheese. Add the sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and jalapeos if using to a bowl. Add the fajita seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the ingredients together. Spread the chicken and vegetable mix that has been seasoned out evenly on the pizza. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the other ingredients. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it. Slice it up and serve it hot with fresh cilantro leaves on top.
