Ingredients: 8 ounces rotini pasta. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and the cooled pasta. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the creamy dressing.
