#failed candy

I made some candy corn with my younger brother today and I messed up the first batch (I thought that I knew better than Alton Brown’s recipe, like a fool) so I saved it to try and turn into caramel. So tonight at 10pm I poured the attempted rescue caramel onto a pan. Yet it was grainy. My dad walked in and I commented on the grainyness and then he left. When he came back we looked st my failed candy and I said, “I need to research how to prevent this” and he said to me “I just sent you a link about it!”
