Review: Factory Tea Bar is quite popular in San Gabriel area. Their spacious store is dim lit, with ambience for you people to hang out, and on daily basis many people study there. There are many table and can fit a lot of people. They also have many sofas unlike regular pmt places only have limited sofa space. Their service was good and you order when you got seated. They have variety of beverages and snack food menu. We ordered their popular Nom Nom Green Milk Tea w/ pearls and Rose Milk Tea w/ grass jelly. Overall, we would go back again more for the hangout spot rather than the drinks itself.
Bonus Review:
-Condensed FTB Milk Toast: it's probably one of the best toast i've tasted. it's an ultimate guilty pleasure dessert with cocoa powder, and their toast has a crunch layer outside and soft in the middle. Highly Recommend! -A

Reviews: The Rose syrup is definitely there but not overwhelming. It has that creamy consistency throughout the whole blend. Similar to the Nom Nom Green Milk Tea, the green tea taste is not very apparent or there. Their grass jelly lacked taste, which is a big disappointment. Overall this drink is very average.
