Today I tried Prosetea’s Grass jelly milk tea and MTLKFOOD’s tuna onigiris.

MTLKFOOD is a korean/ japanese grocery located near Concordia station. I bought many things to eat all week but for today lunck I tried the tuna onigiri. The rice was well cooked, which is the more important thing for onigiris because it’s 70% made of rice. The tuna flavor was very light, I think I would have prefer if it was a bit more seasoned. The nori was what I tested the most.

The grass milk tea was really good! It really tasted milk tea and not just sugar like so many accompaniment of bobba I tasted. The grass jelly was a little more firm that I anticipated but it was not a bas thing.

Under the hot sun, we are looking for something refreshing to quench our thirst. Walking down the street we had seen a lot of tourists were having a cup of drink. When we walked through halfway of the street, we found a stall that sell homemade grass jelly drink or luo han guo drink in front of an antique store. So we decided to enjoy a glass of luo han guo drink to quench the thirst.

It was also a way to cool ourselves down after a sweaty walk down the Jonker Street. The grass jelly drink is at only RM 1.50 and luo han guo drink at RM2 for take away. Honestly, it was definitely not as sweet as others did. Besides the wallet friendly price, we mustn't doubt the nutritional benefits of luo han guo, one of which is longevity!  What's more important was that it still managed to work its magic by refreshing our parched throat under the hot Malaccan weather.
