It's not normal but it is something I've heard of happening once or twice before. Do you still have the receipt or confirmation or anything to prove that you ordered different colors? If so, you should email them with a screen cap of that as well as a picture of what you got. They say they don't take returns but it's at least worth a try when it's their own gigantic screw-up.If they decide to be asshats and won't let you exchange it just sell them on the comm sales and use the money you get to buy something new. 

Oh that's so weird. If you want to get it off your hands I would make a sales post for it and title it something to the effect of "factory error to a good seamstress." That way people know right up front that there's an issue with it that would need to be fixed. Make sure you provide clear pictures of it and point out what the issue is and price it fairly. I would start the asking price at about half (maybe a little bit more but not a lot) of what you originally paid for it and adjust as needed if it's up for a while and doesn't sell. You're obviously not going to be able to get all of your money back, but it's better to have some money and get it off your hands than to be stuck with a dress you can't do anything with.

It’s not something I’ve ever heard of. It sounds like just a factory mistake. It’s not the worst I’ve heard of though. (One of the worst factory mistakes I’ve seen was a few years ago Bodyline sent someone a skirt where they sewed the skirt to the waistband upside-down and it was a border print so it was obviously very noticeable.) Actually, that could be useful to some people, if it doesn’t work for you you could use it as a selling point. For example, and this is going to sound weird, but if someone has a big butt their petti is usually going to look bigger in the back than it does everywhere else, so with your petti that could be fixed. This might be an accidental awesome invention. You could try selling it somewhere explaining what the problem with it is and maybe someone with the problem mentioned above, or just someone who wants a sewing challenge, will buy it. Or if you sew you could probably fix it. I can't imagine it would be too difficult, just adding extra organza and doing a bit of gathering.
