Shout out to those who have or have had bells palsy! If you're suffering from bells palsy right now, I just want to say, stay strong, stay hydrated, eat ealthy food, don't be too stressed out, and always try to be positive! ps. If you have no one to talk to about your bells palsy (or you just plain curious about bells palsy) feel free to talk to me!
Today didn't start really well but then it got so much better when I got to spend 3 hours alone with bae and then I went to the hospital again and it just ruined everything, the happy mood he had been able to give me just completely faded away and now I feel awful af. Just knowing that my face could never be the same again is making me really anxious and sad. I hate this I hate it so fucking much like why did it have to happen??? I did absolutely nothing for the paralysis to happen why did it happen??? Like how and why and why me???? I hate this I feel depressed all the time, can't smile can't laugh and everybody's starting to notice it and coming up to me like "laurine are you okay? You look upset/sad/depressed.." No that's just my fucking face being paralyzed and not being able to be the happy girl I used to be is KILLING ME
