So… I have decided to start the process of working on myself by utilizing this app I found. It is called #Fabulous and I have an iPhone but I’m pretty sure you can get it for android as well. There is a free version and that’s what I’m currently using and to starts by simply just asking you to drink water the as your first task when you wake up. There is a list of demographics you can also add to you morning start routine. This is a way to build healthy habits moving forward once started and they slowly progress every few days and it’s supposed to help with mental illness, too. So… Is anyone willing to join me?
