I'm so torn between the idea that f&s sherlock holmes managed, somehow, after losing his fake moustache, somewhere between getting attacked by the press, witnessing his friend kicking a child, getting yelled at and yelling at hampton while revealing some of the most direct and tragic truths about himself, joining a theatre group/waiting staff at the merriment park built in his memory, sitting through hours of amateur theatre, attempting to do improv, getting imprisoned on a boat in a tunnel where the most irritating song about him plays loudly and almost dying, to create a second fake moustache and slap it on his face AND the idea that he did not make the second fake moustache, just broke into his flat where his best friend and requited crush of TEN YEARS is currently MOURNING HIM only to then pretend that he is a different person, while standing at a talking distance of said best friend.
