Candle stubs, dusty books, stained bones, light coming in through cracked stone, cold ashes in the hearth, crumbling flowers, antique gold, a pile of skulls, fading ink on yellowed pages, black feathers
Once a powerful necromancer in life, Ezramir is now only a shadow of his former power. A minor lich, he skulks around, living in a pile of morbid artifacts, forgotten tomes, and undead minions to command around his lair. It’s hard to believe he once commanded armies, as his emotional tantrums and irreverent attitude make him seem much more like a moody teen. His days are spent delving into tombs and casting dark magics in an attempt to regain the strength he lost.
A personal grudge against the king of the land has driven him to steal the heir away, but now he seems to have developed an interest in the untapped magical potential of his captive.

I’ve been playing a game with beautiful art lately and it’s been inspiring me to work on my own shit so I am just pouring myself into drawing Ezramir today
In which a trash lich rolls in a dumpster and emerges with new outfit.
I hate designing clothes. I’m just not very practiced in it. I wanted something for Ezramir that looked like it belonged on a corpse that’s been slumming it in ruins for the past decade, hanging out with rats and ghouls. I grabbed a lot of inspiration from “dystopian" clothing - asymmetrical draped ragged fabrics. He’s still going to be decked in jewelry, though.
