This is my beautiful Bast snow globe. She was a belated birthday gift I received from my maternal grandmother, who also shares my deep love and appreciation of ancient Egypt. This snow globe was purchased by her in 1976, during one of her many visits to Egpyt. She gifted it to me with love, telling me that she sees it belonging to no one else but me. She now sits atop my bookshelf, looking regal and lovely along with my glass ball and geode.
