I am emotionally invested in some aspects of the game, but the slog of actually playing it puts me off (and I can’t play and not do EVERYTHING, that’s the way I play RPGs so...).

So take the position.” “No, I outrank you - so I will name you the new leader.” “That doesn’t make any sense!” “Suck it up, lad.”

…I’m not sure what sort she’d have been hanging around at the time of first friends, though. Considering, well, Ria, I’m sure she was a trouble maker from the beginning, though, so she likely either took over or tried to take over any group of village children that gathered together and tried setting them to mischief. Hmm… actually that sounds uncomfortably familiar to later in life… But yeah, I think I’ll keep it. :p Her best friend out of the group (and likely qualifying for first “friend” regardless of her closeness to any other children) wouldn’t be a friend in so much as they’re perfect rivals–anything you can do, I can do better. Think like what Ria and Isabela would be like if they were competing, instead of wreaking havoc as a team. Whoever that child was, that was Ria’s first friend.
