Where the thicker eyelashes are is where you have to go heavier with the mascara. The yellow eyeliner is in the water line. The highlighter is a VERY light tinge of blue, mainly a shimmer causing that in photos. She also has naturally very light hair, including her eyebrows. I assume that she thins them down, and doesn’t fill them back in, hence the wispy look.

try this and you MAY get eyes like her! You do also have to use a heavy base of pale concealer and foundation on the rest of your face, and a pinky (slightly darker yet brighter then your natural lip, to make it look bitten) lip look on.
