Back in October I saw an eye specialist for a "freckle" inside my eyeball. I just went back to make sure it hadn't grown in size cos the doctors didn't really know what it was, and they were hoping it wasnt cancerous... lol
But it hasn't grown in size and they think that now that the scare is over, it's pretty cool to look at! Called Choroidal Nevus. I was so nervous I was gonna lose my eyesight. And on top of maybe having to need a root canal within the same fricken timeframe. I just have to go back in a year to double check it.
This has been an expensive few weeks for health. Obviously this eye specialist is out of my insurance network. So it was $131 for the vision check and $441 for the office visit! ☠️ good thing we're taking a huge trip next month and I'm technically self-employed so my large amount of taxes are due too... thankful for the life hayes and I have made where we can have unexpected costs and still pay for travel that make us happy.
