Artblock hit me a bit with a brick so until I cook something up here ya go, some Li Ling’s expression doodles I did a while back :P
In discord, @breadstickcat posted this thing about expressive ears. SO, I knew I had to draw that with Galran Pidge, her big, fuzzy ears showing her emotions. And I couldn’t be prouder. I love how she looks. My sweet baby girl. And yes. She purrs. She probably denies it, but she definitely purrs.

Still obsessing over @foxofsunholt so I've made some reference portraits of my MC Zahia in her human and fey-fox form.
As well as practice doodles of various expressions. I'm still learning how to draw animals but it was fun incorporating those big fluffy fennec ears in the various expressions. Also considering about how expressing emotions can both differ and overlap between a human and fox body language.
