i want to get a little personal, i am someone who deals with sūícídał thoughts every so often but i don’t actually want to go through the process of òffing myself, so what really helps encourage me to live is to tell myself “okay so [name] you’re stuck here, until god knows when, so instead of making these already dreadful days even more dreadful how about you live your days in ways that you like just so that life is not completely unbearable”. and it actually helps 🤷🏾‍♀️.
