Virginia Home Maintenance Checklist for Summer
-Pressure wash exteriors, remove grime
-Look for signs of destructive insects
-Clean carpets and floors, pollen is abound!
-Clean kitchen exhaust hood and filter
-Inspect crawl space for moisture issues
-Vacuum fridge coil
-Inspect foundation for drainage issues
-Install and repair window screens as needed
-Clean gutters (if you missed it in the Spring!)
-Clean and seal deck
-Re-nail loose siding
-Drain sediment from hot water tank
-Inspect brick, make sure no vines are invading exterior walls and replace brick as needed
